中国村落文化研究中心是在“湖南省哲学社会科学重点基地”的基础上，由中南大学创建的我国最早、也是唯一的集中国传统村落文化保护与研究、实物与文献资料集藏展示、人才培养、数据库建设四位一体的创新平台，拥有我国第一个培养中国传统村落文化研究与保护专门人才的博士点和硕士点。为了加强学科建设，根据目前师资和科研队伍建设需要，现面向全球长期招聘优秀人才，热诚欢迎广大海内外学者应聘。

一、招聘专业

历史人类学、宗教学或宗教人类学、社会学、艺术学（宗教美术方向）、文献学（含古籍修复整理）、历史学（含文物与博物馆学）、民俗学、民族学、文化学、建筑学（仅限于中国古典建筑方向）等。

特聘教授、特聘副教授、优秀青年骨干教师

三、基本条件

1.热爱祖国，遵纪守法，具有良好的思想政治素质；

2.品德优良，身心健康，具有良好的团队协作精神；

3.应获得国内外高水平大学或科研院所博士学位，原则上应具有博士后工作经历，学科背景良好，学术能力较强；

4.应届博士毕业生或博士后出站来校工作，年龄原则上不超过35周岁；申报特聘教授或特聘副教授岗位者，年龄原则上不超过40 周岁，特别优秀者年龄可适当放宽。

5.全职来校工作。

四、聘期待遇

1.新进教学科研人员享受国家规定的工资、保险、福利待遇及相应的校内岗位津贴，特聘教授、副教授实行年薪制。

2.学校为新进教学科研人员提供购房补贴、科研启动经费。

The Research Center of Chinese Village Culture (RCCVC), a key research base of philosophy and social science in Hunan province, is founded by CSU which is a comprehensive and national key university. It is the only innovative platform of Chinese traditional village culture, concerning on the study and protection of traditional village culture, the collection and exhibition of cultural relic and literature, and the establishment of database . RCCVC has both first doctoral and master degree programs on Chinese traditional village culture research and protection. For the further development, we are sincerely searching for excellent doctors, post-doctors, outstanding experts and scholars to join us.
Fields of Recruitment

Historical anthropology, religion science or religious anthropology, sociology, art science (religious art direction), philology (including the ancient books repairing), history science (including cultural relics and museum science), folklore science, ethnology, culture science, architecture (only Chinese classical architecture), or related fields.

Qualifications and Requirements

• The applicants should have good spirit of team corporation.

• The applicant should hold a doctoral degree granted by a well-known university or research institution and have a good academic background and potential research ability.

• Assistant professors under 35 years old and professors & associate professors under 40 years old will be preferred.

Salaries and Benefits

• Providing salary, insurance, and other benefits in accordance with relevant regulations for doctoral graduates and post-doctoral researchers, and providing yearly salary for distinguished professors and associate professors.
